Hi All,
Just starting out here in the UK, armed with an Olympus E500, a couple of Lenses and a tripod. Also attended an interesting course on Compostion - very interesting. Now looking to put into practice, so...
Looking for interesting places to photograph in Lincolnshire (or beyind) I have been to Burghley House near Stamford, which is local to me (Pictures following soon) and soon to visit Lincoln to capture the Cathedral from the Castle. Rockingham Castle with the Historic battles may be good too.
Have you been somewhere interesting? Any friendly advice, pointers and or locations gratefully received.
Thanks
Survived Sleep over and had a good week. Wow - did I just write that?
Anyway, finished the weekend off with attending a course on Photography - Composition; Just need to learn how to work the darn thing next!
Well just not totally hopeless but learning to use the DSLR I bought properly. Who knows in weeks to come I may inflict some of my compositions here!
#1 Survived work! Phew ... if only someone spots I don't know what I'm doing ... :)

#3 ... Not made any progress on my writing, but made quite a bit of progress on writing a program for myself that stores all my DVD information.
oh and ... enjoyed watching Jericho and Changing wall paper this week

My wife and I did a good job (we think) getting our three children what they wanted for Christmas.
It was a great family day, enjoying each others company.
